Construction of formal swimming pond
The formal swimming pond has a rectangular shape with a plant filter adjoining it. The soil is made of concrete and the walls are made of concrete blocks. The edges of these swimming ponds are usually finished with hard rock. An advantage of the formal pond is that it is often compact, so it can also be placed in smaller gardens.
Construction of informal variant
The informal form looks very similar to a natural pond, however, this swimming pond does not have plants directly in the pond. There are various possibilities for placing a plant filter in these swimming ponds.
From Hybrid Variant
The hybrid form is a combination of the above swimming pond forms. The bottom of the swimming area is made of concrete and the walls are made of concrete blocks. The plant filter is built around your pond with natural shapes. Because the upper edge of the concrete blocks does not protrude above the water surface, the pond will create a natural image.
